Lighted Tractor Parade to Return to Centralia for 12th Year

Posted

The Centralia Downtown Association’s Lighted Tractor Parade will return this year on Dec. 11 for the 12th time.

Tractors, antique trucks and construction equipment bedazzled with lights will cruise through Centralia starting at 6 p.m.

“We are so happy to once again celebrate the holidays with the Lighted Tractor Parade. Downtown Centralia is an amazing place to visit and the festive atmosphere on a holiday weekend is my favorite,” said Amanda McGougall, event coordinator, in a news release. “Our entries put so much love and work into creating their floats, please come down and check them out!”

The staging area will be in front of Centralia College on Locust Street. The parade will then cross Pearl Street and turn left onto Tower Avenue by the Fox Theatre, following Tower Avenue up to Center Street.

Parts of Main Street, Pearl Street and Tower Avenue will be closed during the event.

There is still availability for entries. Fill out an application at bit.ly/3CEBDOI.
