Loggers Can’t Keep Up in League Loss to Mules

Posted

Mainly keeping up with Wahkiakum at home in its league opener Tuesday night, the Onalaska boys basketball team was on the wrong end of a huge third quarter run, and fell to the Mules, 64-39.

The Loggers trailed by 10 at the halftime break, but a 23-9 run in the third by the Mules was enough to do them in, dropping them to 1-2 on the season.

Blaze Underhill was the only Logger in double figures, finishing with 12 points, while Case McGraw added eight.

The Loggers will play at Kalama on Thursday in another league contest.
