The Onalaska girls soccer team would not be the ones to end Kalama’s run of dominance, falling 2-0 to the Chinooks in the 2B District 4 championship game Saturday in Tenino.

Hailee Brown made 11 saves for the Loggers, who got off four shots of their own, but couldn’t get any in the back of the net.

Jaelyn Auman led the defense with nine interceptions, while Guadalupe Ruedas-Castro had five clearances and three blocked shots, and Kiley Talley had seven interceptions.

The Loggers will get their seeding from the selection committee Sunday, and begin play in the state tournament next week.
