Ocosta starter Jessie Gilbert made quick work of Onalaska on Saturday afternoon, tossing a no-hitter with 15 strikeouts in a 13-0 victory on the road. The only Logger hitter to reach base was leadoff hitter Desi Smith in the bottom of the first inning.

The Wildcats bolted out to a 3-0 lead then added two runs in the fourth and brought home eight more in the fifth to enact the mercy rule.

Onalaska also succumbed to a pair of errors, one that resulted in two runs and the other with no outs that kept the fifth inning going.
