The Onalaska boys basketball team got back in the win column on Saturday, defeating Raymond-South Bend 67-58 for its first victory in 2025.
The Loggers built a double-digit lead in the first quarter, but RSB was able to get back within five early in the fourth.
Onalaska’s consistency on the offensive end helped them hold onto the lead and re-extend the lead. The Loggers scored more than 15 points in all four quarters.
Blaze Underhill led the way with 24 points, Cooper Lawrence scored 12, and Nick Rushton and Case McGraw both added 10.
“We played well,” Onalaska coach Fred Sturza said. “I was most proud of the team on the defensive end. We got some well timed stops to help close out the game.”
Onalaska (4-6, 3-4 C2BL) will be back in action on Tuesday at home against Toutle Lake.
