Maximilian Motorsports in Chehalis will host a free workshop titled “The Power Hour: Winter Car Care and Control” at 10 a.m. Saturday, Nov. 16.
The event will be held at Maximilian Motorsports, 1983 Bishop Road, Chehalis.
“This isn’t your typical workshop,” the business stated in a news release. “It’s your winter survival guide led by an expert in the industry. Whether you’re new to driving or a seasoned road warrior, this Power Hour will arm you with the skills to handle icy roads and car troubles like a pro.”
Motorists of all ages and skill levels are encouraged to attend.
Topics will include:
• Take control of winter driving: Attendees will learn how to master slick, icy roads and stay safe in winter conditions.
• Fix it yourself: From flat tires to dead batteries, participants will learn how to do it themselves without calling for help.
• Emergency tips that will keep motorists “from losing it when things go sideways,” the release stated.
There will be free coffee and snacks. The workshop is expected to last an hour. Spots are limited.
