No injuries reported in two-vehicle crash that blocked I-5 in Chehalis on Monday

One vehicle was towed from a non-injury collision on northbound Interstate 5 near Exit 79 in Chehalis on Monday.

The crash occurred just before 9:40 a.m. on Feb. 12 when the driver of black 2022 Kia Telluride in the right lane experienced a medical event and collided with a white 2017 GMC Sierra in the left lane, according to the Washington State Patrol.



The Kia came to rest blocking both lanes of northbound I-5 at milepost 77 and was towed from the scene. The driver, a 49-year-old Centralia woman, was transported to Providence Centralia Hospital for medical evaluation.
