The Pe Ell-Willapa Valley softball team clinched the Pacific 2B title in an emphatic way on Monday, sweeping Raymond-South Bend 19-0 and 11-0 in a pair of five-inning games in Pe Ell.

Five different Titans had multiple hits in Game 1, including Karli Phelps, who drove in three runs, and Lauren Matlock, Sophia Milanowski, and Lorelei Smaciarz, who each drove in two.

CJ Sipp added a hit and three RBIs, and Jillian Hodel and Rylin Channell drove in a run apiece.

Eliza Barnum was excellent in the circle, striking out eight while allowing just one run in five innings. She was even better in Game 2, where she struck out seven more Ravens and threw a five-inning no-hitter.

Tylar Keeton had a hit and a pair of RBIs, while Hodel reached base in all four of her plate appearances and scored three times.

As the No. 1 seed from the P2BL, the Titans (16-4, 10-0 P2BL) will host a district quarterfinal on Saturday in Pe Ell.

Before that, they’ll finish their regular season with a non-league matchup against Hoquiam on Tuesday.
