For three hours this Friday, June 23, Red Rose Animal Rescue, a Rochester-based nonprofit, will hold a pop-up animal adoption event at PetSense in Chehalis.
The event will last from 2:30 to 5:30 p.m. at 1405 NW Louisiana Ave., Chehalis.
All pets up for adoption will be fixed, microchipped and vaccinated.
There will be about 17 puppies at $500 each. Costs cover rehoming and all previously-completed veterinary expenses.
Between 20 and 30 kittens will also be up for adoption, and will cost $200 each or $300 for two.
For more information and a list of some animals that will be up for adoption at the pop-up event, head to http://www.redroseanimalrescue.org.
Most of the adoptable kittens will not be visible on the website, according to the owner, but dogs can also be viewed on PetFinder.
