Red White Blue Insurance Agency Opens in Rainier

For Wade Lowery, his new insurance agency works to continue a life of service he started 21 years ago.

Red White Blue Agency opened Feb. 1 and is located at 109 Binghampton St. W. in Rainier.

“We are an Allstate-authorized insurance agency — veteran-owned,” Lowery said of his business. “Three of us that are part of our organization are disabled veterans (and) two of us are disabled-combat veterans.”

Lowery said the whole goal is to transition from a life of protecting the country toward protecting the communities he and his fellows live in.

“That’s our focus, switching from protecting everybody that’s in the country to everybody that we talk to on a daily basis,” Lowery said. “And we get to do that by protecting them, their families (and) their assets through Allstate.”

Lowery serves in the Army National Guard, and is currently mobilized to aid in the state’s hospital missions. On Feb. 19, he’ll have been in the military for 21 years.

“I deployed to Iraq in ‘03-’04 … with Army National Guard through the fourth infantry division as a combat engineer,” Lowery said. “I was trained to do explosives and demolition work. I performed that work for a year in Iraq and then came back home. I’ve served ever since.”

Before being mobilized to the hospitals, he had been mobilized in other missions to bring aid during the pandemic, he said.

Lowery will retire from the National Guard on May 31, so he said he wants to transition his focus to his other passions, which include owning businesses, mentoring and leading by example.

“I have learned through my military experience what good leadership looks like and what bad leadership looks like, and have developed a strong passion to mentor and help people become better versions of themselves through encouragement, motivation and mentorship of how to handle your mindset — always have a positive mindset,” Lowery said.

He has YouTube and Instagram channels called “Daily Driving Thoughts” to “share positive messages with as many people as I can.”

Lowery said the business has given him and his six team members the opportunity to achieve their goals.

He wants to help everyone on the team “become better versions of themselves for themselves and their families and also for those people that we get an opportunity to take care of.”

Red White Blue Agency offers home, auto, renter’s, condo, commercial, business and life insurances.

Lowery said he will win people’s business by letting them know that he’s there to listen to them, and wants to understand what’s most valuable for them in order for those people to feel protected and safe.

“I have a 20-acre farm in Tenino,” Lowery said. “All four of my kids go to Tenino and I work out every day in Yelm. I love the feel of hometowns, and I wanted to support the people who are in, kind of, rural areas that sometimes just get forgotten about.”
