Registration for the 2024 Run Amok season is officially open.

Run Amok, is a running club that runs from March through September and holds weekly 5-kilometer runs. The club meets at 5 p.m. on Thursdays at O’Blarney’s in Centralia.

“Run Amok is not just about running; it’s about building a community of like-minded individuals who share a passion for fitness, well-being and community. Members can expect not only a great workout but also the opportunity to forge new friendships and connections,” the club said in a news release. “The club, throughout the year, does dress-up theme nights, community garbage pick-ups and organizes ways to give back to the community.”

The season starts on March 14 at O’Blarney’s in Centralia with the first 5K run. The kick-off run is set to begin at Dick’s Brewery on March 16. $5 from every registration for the kick-off event will go toward a scholarship for Centralia High School Dollars for Scholars.
