The Toledo girls soccer team got the tough ask that was a trip south to the house of the defending state champs Wednesday, and came away stinging from an 8-0 defeat at the hands of Kalama.
Bridgette Hollifield bagged a hat trick in the opening 20 minutes for the Chinooks, and Josie Brandeburg and Sophie Given followed that with respective braces.
Toledo will get back to the grind Wednesday, at Onalaska.
