The Toledo boys basketball team sandwiched halftime with huge runs Saturday in Westport, downing Ocosta 72-41.

The Riverhawks (6-2, 2-1 C2BL)  went into the second quarter up by three points, but went on a 39-15 run between the second and third to push their lead out to 27.

Kaven Winters scored 21 points and also led Toledo with seven rebounds and four steals. Rogan Stanley added 15 points and five boards. Trevin Gale only scored three points but dished out four assists.

As a team, the Riverhawks only turned the ball over five times all game, while forcing 18 giveaways from their hosts.

Toledo will host Toutle Lake on Tuesday.
