Winning yet another game against a league opponent, the Toledo softball team defeated rival Winlock, 12-3, Tuesday afternoon on the road. 

The Riverhawks were led by Bethany Bowen’s complete game in the circle, where she gave up three earned runs on five hits and four walks with nine strikeouts. At the plate, Abbie Marcil went 4 for 5 with two runs scored and three RBIs, and Mialeigh Jurica added a 3 for 4 line with two runs scored and three RBIs. 

Winlock was led by Addison Hall’s three RBI day, scoring in the first and fifth innings. 

The Riverhawks host Ocosta Wednesday at 4 p.m. next, while the Cards look to bounce back against Napavine on the road.
