The Lewis County Salary Commission will hold a special public meeting Tuesday, Nov. 9, to “discuss and set salaries for the Lewis County commissioner,” and to discuss upcoming meeting dates for the commission, according to a notice of special meeting.

The meeting will take place in the board of county commissioners’ lower level meeting room 003 on the basement floor of the courthouse, located at 351 NW North St. in Chehalis.

County commissioners were legally obligated to accept a 10 percent increase in their own salaries in 2020, bringing them up to an annual $90,200 plus benefits.

Attendees can also attend via a Zoom video conferencing link posted on the county’s website, or by calling 888-475-4499 and dialing meeting ID 836 3206 6974 with passcode 977381.
