Deputies with the Thurston County Sheriff’s Office responded to the scene of a train versus car collision in the 12600 block of Horizon Road SE in Rainier on Tuesday, May 10.
The sheriff’s office stated the railroad crossing does not have flashing lights or crossing arms, but noted the crossing is well marked.
The driver, an 18-year-old woman, sustained minor injuries.
