Tumwater got double-digit scoring from five players and the Thunderbirds took care of visiting Rochester quickly in an 82-38, 2A Evergreen Conference victory on Thursday.
Brayden Oram scored a game-high 20 points on 67% shooting from deep (4 of 6) to lead the T-Birds, while Luke Brewer added 14 points, Seth Weller scored 12, Ryan Otton contributed 11 and Alex Collins finished with 10.
Weller also tallied 11 rebounds while Otton had seven boards and Brewer dished out three assists.
Rochester was led by senior Tony Groninger’s team-high 14 points while Tyler Klatush pitched in nine points.
Rochester finishes out its season at W.F. West on Friday. Tumwater hosts Shelton on Friday.
