The Tumwater baseball team earned its tenth league win in a row on Tuesday, when it defeated Centralia 10-0 on the road.
Derek Thompson (four innings), Will Bond (one inning), and Spencer Fillippone (one inning) combined to strike out 10 batters and shut out the Tigers.
The T-Birds gave them plenty of run support, as Peyton Davis and Luke Overbay combined to drive in four runs, while Thompson, Jimmy Womach, and Landon Roy also drove in a run each.
Kellen Rooklidge tallied Centralia’s lone hit, and he also reached base a second time when he was hit by a pitch.
The T-Birds (12-4, 10-0 2A EvCo) and Tigers (1-16, 1-10 2A EvCo) will meet again on Wednesday in Tumwater.
