Though Samantha Johnston picked up another match medalist honor in a league matchup, scoring 15 points under the Stableford scoring format at Riverside Golf Course against Tumwater, the Centralia girls golf team fell to the T-Birds Monday afternoon, 51-38.

Behind Johnston, Emily Wilkerson scored 10 points, Tess McMurray and Lilly Ferch scored 6, and Elizabeth Orellana scored one point on an overcast day in Centralia.

Tumwater was led by Mily Johnston and Lily Wagner’s 13 points, with Josie Marti scoring nine, Samie Jasper scoring seven, and Megan McGill scoring nine points for the T-Birds.

Additionally, the Rochester girls golf team played at Riverside as well, playing in a make-up match against Tumwater, and counting it as a non-league matchup with Centralia, as well.

The Warriors were led by medalist Isabella Masias, who had the top score of the day with 20 points, with Cassey Arreglado scoring eight, Audrey Williams scoring six, Mallory Gilbert scoring five, and Serenity Hurst scoring four points for a total of 43.

The Tigers finish up the regular season against Rochester on Wednesday at Riverside Golf Course.
