The Napavine baseball team won its fifth-straight game on Wednesday, as the Tigers topped Kalama 11-1 in five innings.

The Tigers (10-3, 10-3 C2BL) fell behind when Kalama scored in the first, but they responded with six in the bottom of the second and five in the fourth to take command.

Ashton Demarest pitched all five innings in the win, allowing just three hits and an unearned run while striking out nine.

Demarest, Cal Bullock, and Beckett Landram all hit doubles and drove in a run, and Landram finished the day 3 for 3 at the plate.

The Chinooks and Tigers face off again on Thursday in Kalama.
