A game-tying run in the bottom of the seventh followed by the winning run in the eighth allowed Toutle Lake to storm back down two and secure a 4-3, eight-inning triumph over the Riverhawks on Wednesday night.

With two outs and the potential of a ninth inning, the Ducks’ Dylan Fraidenburg dashed 90 feet to home plate and was safe on a walk-off stolen base. He reached base on an infield single, then got into scoring position on an error and stealing third base.

Toutle Lake tied the game on an RBI single from Dominic Rivera. Up until that point, Toledo (0-2) were in control of the contest.

The Riverhawks grabbed a 3-2 lead off a single from Rayder Stemkoski, who finished 3-for-4 with a pair of RBIs, that scored all three runs, the go-ahead one came on an error.

Toutle Lake struck first in the second with a pair of runs. Toledo also was paced from Eli Weeks with two hits that included a double.
