Mossyrock’s iconic tulip fields are unlikely to return, as DeGoede Bulb Farm has discontinued the crop.
Last spring, the farm’s fields normally brimming with colorful tulips were missing — and not due to the pandemic.
Tulips simply proved themselves to be unprofitable for the decades-old Dutch farm, according to staff.
But the farm is still in full swing with other bulbs and perennials, and is open Monday through Saturday 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. and Sundays 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.
