Wellness Pointe Primary Care and Medical Massage will celebrate its opening with a ribbon-cutting ceremony at 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday, Oct. 1.
Owners Laura Stajduhar and Krystal Mishler are committed to providing the community with a wellness model for primary care, the Centralia-Chehalis Chamber of Commerce stated in a news release.
The ribbon-cutting ceremony offers the public an opportunity to celebrate the new business and its services and view the new facility, which is located at 2430 NE Kresky Ave., suite B, in Chehalis.
The wellness model offers patients personalized primary care services for a flat monthly fee of $80 for an adult and $20 per child with at least one participating adult. Patients receive unlimited visits, same day appointments, sports physicals, Department of Transportation physicals and referrals to specialists if needed. The business also offers telehealth appointments.
In addition, Wellness Pointe provides discounted cash rates on laboratory testing, medications, procedures and radiology imaging.
“Best of all, patients receive personalized care without feeling rushed through exams,” the chamber stated. “Non-members can also utilize their services for walk-in appointments as well.”
The ceremony will be hosted by the chamber of commerce.
