The W.F. West and Centralia bowling teams met Tuesday night in the Swamp Cup season finale, and the Bearcats came out on top 2,001-1,483.
Lexie DeLisle led the Bearcats by averaging 183 pins, while Savanna Hoyt-Siler averaged 173. Codi Bieker and Catalina Cerny came off the bench to chip in 179 and 167, respectively.
W.F. West coach Rich Bunker said that the Bearcats goal is to knock down 2,000 pins, and while Centralia is a young and improving team, W.F. West was able to pull away for a comfortable win by reaching that mark.
Thanks to a reschedule and a bye, W.F. West now has a long break. The Bearcats will return to action on Jan. 14 against Shelton at Fairway Lanes.
