Winlock Man Dies After Crashing Into Guardrail in Centralia Saturday

A 45-year-old Winlock man died following a single-vehicle crash into a guardrail in the 100 block of Summers Road in Centralia on Saturday. 

The driver, whose name has not yet been released by the Lewis County Sheriff’s Office, was ejected from the vehicle, which rolled after colliding with the guardrail and came to rest on its top. 

A passerby reported the incident at 4:20 p.m. on Oct. 9, but the exact time of the collision is unknown. Investigators do not yet know what factors contributed to the collision. 

The Washington State Patrol and the Lewis County Sheriff’s Office conducted the collision investigation.
