Yakima Valley Fruit and Produce donated over $990 in fresh fruit and produce to the Centralia Salvation Army in 2024, the company announced Thursday.

“By doing this, the company is fulfilling its mission to provide fresh, quality fruit and produce direct from the growers to the public and hopes to continue this in 2025,” Yakima Valley Fruit said in a news release.

The company donated a total of over $9,698 of fruit and produce to Centralia and Tenino Salvation Army extensions in 2023, according to the news release.



Yakima Valley Fruit has sales locations at 2509 Sandra Ave. in Centralia and 10306 Martin Way in Olympia.
