Wolves shoot low, upend Tigers in EvCo affair

Fueled by medalist Jack Casler and three others in the 40s, the Black Hills High School boys golf teams piled up a team score of 229 to beat Centralia by over 70 strokes on Monday night at Riverside.

Casler, a returning state qualifier, fired a nine-hole score of 43 to take home medalist honors. Teammates Phoenix Flores and Ethan Badger each carded a 44 while Ezra Harris and Kendell Roberson recorded a 49.



The Tigers finished with a team score of 306, paced by Tyler Fagerness’ 44 round. Tristan Henning and Jake Johnson registered rounds of 54 and 57, respectively.

Black Hills will face W.F. West on Wednesday while Centralia hosts Aberdeen also on Wednesday afternoon.
