HearingNOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING BEFORE THE CENTRALIA PLANNING COMMISSION
Purpose: The Planning Commission will hear public testimony regarding proposed Centralia Municipal Code Text Amendments as follows:
• CMC Title 20: New ordinance Temporary Emergency Housing Facilities
• CMC 20.11 and 20.28 to allow conversions of hotels to multi-family residential uses in the C-2 zone.
• CMC 20.28 to allow commercial ground floor use and residential uses on upper floors in the C-2 zone.
• CMC 20.06.050 and 070: Accessory Building Definitions
• CMC 20.11.010 and 20.67: Allow landscaping/nursery businesses in the R-5A, R:2 and R:4 zones by conditional use permit.
• CMC 20.50: Allow 7-foot fences outside the front and through yard setback area.
