This project proposal includes the construction of two (2) triplex apartment buildings, and one (1) fourplex with a total of ten (10) units including two (2) garage parking spaces per unit and a six-foot-by-six-foot porch extended off the building for each unit. The proposed impervious surface is approximately 16,763 SF or 57% of the 0.67-acre parcel.
