Ann Lee Agatha Bruenn Rarey

Ann Lee Agatha Bruenn Rarey who was born on June 8, 1938, went home to be with the Lord June 12, 2012. Ann Lee was born in Toledo, Wash., and was the youngest of a family of ten children. She grew up in Napavine, Wash., and was a graduate of Napavine High School. She was married Nov. 3, 1955 to Lloyd Sherman Rarey. After Lloyd finished his military service, the couple moved to Winlock, Wash.

She went to college and was a Licensed Practical Nurse. Ann worked as a LPN until they started their family and then worked for many years as a cook at the Winlock High School. Her greatest loves were her family, her church and her friends. Ann is survived by her husband of 56 years, Lloyd, sons, Robin (Lorrie Jean), Tim (Carol), Tom, her daughter Lorrie Ann, eight grandchildren, three great-grandchildren, brothers, Johnny Bruenn and Leonard and Ernie Krause, mother in-law, Cecilia Swinney, brothers-in-law, Dave  (Nancy) and Ed (LuElla), and numerous nieces and nephews. She was adored by all who were blessed to know her and will be dearly missed by all who survive her.

A viewing will be held at St. Paul Lutheran Church in Winlock on Sunday, June 17, 2012 from noon-12:30 with a funeral service to follow. A reception will follow the funeral at the church social hall. A graveside will follow the reception at the Winlock Cemetery. Remembrances may be made to St. Paul Lutheran Church or the Olequa Senior Center, Winlock.  Services are under the direction of Cattermole Funeral Home in Winlock.
