A 100th birthday party for Dale Rutherford will be held from noon to 3 p.m. Jan. 18 at Swiss Hall in Frances.
Rutherford was born in South Bend, Washington, on Jan. 17, 1925.
He is a resident of Lebam in Pacific County west of Pe Ell.
Rutherford has three children, seven grandchildren, 14 great-grandchildren and two great-great-grandchildren.
He has worked as a forester, surveyor and farmer.
“Your presence is gift enough,” an invitation to the party stated.
