The Heirs and Devisees of BEN MEAD and ALAMEDA MEAD, both deceased, and their known and/or unknown heirs and devisees TOGETHER with any and all persons, parties and/or entities known and/or unknown claiming any right, title, estate, lien and/or interest in the real property described herein and/or by or through said individual(s) and/or entity(s), Defendants NO. 24-2-00689-21 SUMMONS BY PUBLICATION TO THE DEFENDANTS: The Heirs and Devisees of BEN MEAD and ALAMEDA MEAD, deceased, TOGETHER with any and all persons, parties and/or entities known and/or unknown claiming any right, title, estate, lien and/or interest in the real property described herein and/or by or through said individual(s) and/or entity(s). The object of this action is to obtain a judgment and/or decree quieting title in real property situated in Lewis County, Washington described as follows: A part of the southwest quarter of the southwest quarter of Section 14, Township 12 North, Range 5 East, W.M., Lewis County, Washington, described as follows: BEGINNING at the intersection of the southeasterly right-of-way line of Primary State Highway No. 5 as it existed on January 1, 1940 with the south line of said Section; thence east along said section line 241 feet; thence northwesterly 177 feet, more or less, to a point on said Highway 255 feet northeasterly from the place of beginning; thence southwesterly 255 feet to place of beginning. EXCEPTING THEREFROM all that portion of the within described tract lying northwesterly of a line drawn parallel with and 50 feet distant southeasterly when measured at right angles form the centerline survey of said primary State Highway No 5, Glenoma to Christian Store, as deeded to the State of Washington by Deed Recorded in Volume 285 of Deeds, page 477.
