Updated: All area games postponed on Thursday, Feb. 13

Inclement weather throughout the west side led to several athletic postponements on Thursday, and as a result, no area basketball teams will be competing in district tournament games.

Six tournament games were originally scheduled to take place Thursday night, but all have been pushed to either Friday or Saturday.

Games pushed to Friday include:

• 1A District 4 Boys Quarterfinal: La Center at Tenino
• 1B District 4 Girls Quarterfinal: Mary M. Knight at Pe Ell
• 1B District 4 Girls Quarterfinal: Oakville at Willapa Valley

Those three games are still set for their original start times of 6 p.m.

All 2B District 4 Tournament games on Thursday and Friday have been pushed to Saturday.

The updated schedule is as follows:

At Castle Rock:

• 12 p.m. Toutle Lake vs. Mossyrock (girls)
• 1:30 p.m. Mosyrock vs. Toutle (boys)
• 3 p.m. Onalaska vs. North Beach (boys)
• 4:30 p.m. Onalaska vs. Winlock (boys)

At Rochester:

• 12 p.m. Forks vs. Chief Leschi (girls)
• 1:30 p.m. Forks vs. Chief Leschi (boys)
• 3 p.m. Ilwaco vs. Raymond-South Bend (boys)
• 4:30 p.m. Morton-White Pass vs. Toledo (girls)

Tenino’s 1A Boys District Quarterfinal has been pushed back again, this time from Friday to Saturday afternoon at 6 p.m.

As of 10:30 a.m. Friday morning, the 2A and 1B district tournament games scheduled for Friday night are on. This article will continue to be updated as information on potential postponements is made available.
