With Halloween in the rearview mirror, Santa will soon make his dazzling return to Southwest Washington.
The Northwest Carriage Museum will hold its annual holiday celebration on Dec. 3 from 4 to 6 p.m. The event will include live music, refreshments and the opportunity to take a photo with Jolly Old Saint Nicholas in an authentic sleigh from the 1880s.
Museum members can join the fun for free, while adult tickets cost $5. Children enter for free when accompanied by an adult.
The Willapa Harbor Chorale, who have dazzled crowds since 1969, will perform for the second year in a row.
Located at 314 Alder St. in Raymond, the Northwest Carriage Museum includes a collection of 63 horse-drawn vehicles and thousands of artifacts from the 19th century. For his part, Kris Kringle will venture down from the North Pole in an 1880s Albany Vis a Vis Cutter Sleigh.
