The Riverside Fire Authority will hold a poster contest for local students next week in honor of fire prevention week.
Artwork will be displayed in the gallery near the Polo Ralph Lauren and Eddie Bauer outlets from Oct. 9 through 14. This year, the theme for the annual awareness campaign is “Cooking safety starts with YOU. Pay attention to fire prevention.”
The businesses are open from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. Monday through Friday and 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. on Sunday.
