Centralia, Chehalis and Adna students have until April 18 to apply for nine different scholarships through the Centralia-Chehalis Chamber of Commerce.
The scholarships range from $500 to $1,000 and are awarded at the annual Rob Fuller Scholarship Luncheon honoring the top 25 students from Centralia High School and W.F. West High School.
The 2025 scholarships are:
• The Centralia-Chehalis Chamber of Commerce 2025 Rob Fuller Scholarship: $1,000 scholarships available to all children or grandchildren of current Centralia-Chehalis Chamber of Commerce members who are seniors at W.F. West High School or Centralia High School. The Centralia-Chehalis Chamber of Commerce scholarship fund was developed to encourage and promote educational opportunities for children of chamber members. In 2011, the chamber of commerce changed the name of the scholarship to honor longtime Lewis County resident, president of Fuller’s Inc., city councilor and philanthropist Rob Fuller, who passed away in 2011 from lung cancer. In 2022, the chamber board established the Rob Fuller Scholarship Fund as its own nonprofit. This new designation means that donations to the fund are now tax deductible, ensuring the longevity and stability of the scholarships. • The Centralia-Chehalis Chamber of Commerce 2025 Olivia Mitchell Scholarship: This $500 scholarship was created in honor of an Adna High School and Running Start student who was set to graduate with both her associate of arts degree and high school diploma when she passed away her senior year. The scholarship is available to Adna High School seniors.
• The 2025 Althauser Rayan Abbarno, LLP Cheyllyn Collinsworth Scholarship: The scholarship, which awards a minimum of $500 to a W.F. West or Centralia student pursuing a teaching career, was created in memory of a former Centralia High School senior and aspiring teacher who died in a car accident shortly after her high school graduation.
• The 2025 Boys and Girls Club of Lewis County Scholarship: A $1,000 scholarship is available to all 2025 graduating seniors from W.F. West and Centralia high schools.
• The 2025 Centralia Community Foundation Education Scholarship: The $1,000 scholarship is available to all 2025 graduating seniors from Centralia High School based on their desire to go into the field of education.

West and Centralia High School based on their educational experience with a focus on business, technology and science, technology, engineering and mathematics (STEM).

• The 2025 Visiting Nurses Foundation Scholarship: A $1,000 scholarship available to all 2024 graduating seniors from W.F. West and Centralia High School based on their intent to seek a degree as a registered nurse.
• 2025 PUD Commissioners Tradesman Scholarship: This new scholarship awards $1,000 to one or more applicants within Lewis County PUD service territory who are interested in working with Lewis County PUD in a tradesman field.
“This scholarship is made possible through the generous contributions from individual commissioners of Lewis County PUD. No Lewis County PUD rate payer funds are contributed into this scholarship,” the Centralia-Chehalis Chamber of Commerce said in a news release.
