Arbor Health has welcomed Cheryl Cornwell as its new chief financial officer (CFO).
Cornwell comes to Arbor Health with 16 years of experience in the health care field of which 13 years were as a CFO.
Cornwell attended Central Washington University where she earned a bachelor’s degree in accounting. She then attended City University in Bellevue where she earned a master’s degree in business administration.
She most recently served as CFO at Lake Chelan Health, which is similar to Arbor Health in that it was also a critical access hospital with rural health clinics. Before working at Lake Chelan Health, she worked at Lake Health District Hospital in Lakeview, Oregon.
Cornwell enjoys outdoor recreation and brought her cats, dogs and horses with her. She looks forward to the area’s outdoor opportunities.
Arbor Health is the parent organization of Morton Hospital, Rapid Care Clinic in Morton and the Morton, Mossyrock and Randle primary care clinics. Arbor Health is planning to open a new clinic in Packwood in early 2023.
