In the early hours of Sept. 20, Lewis County Fire District 13 responded to a recreational vehicle fire with a “slow rolling” brush fire, according to a statement posted by District 13 to Facebook that evening.
“The brush fire was quickly extinguished by personnel on scene,” the statement from the Boistfort Firefighters Association read. “The RV was fully engulfed at the time of the 911 call. The fire was quickly knocked down and then extinguished.”
According to the fire department, the home was unoccupied at the time of the fire. No injuries were reported.
