The Centralia-Chehalis Chamber of Commerce will host its first monthly forum for the new year with a presentation by Trent Henning with Clarity Consulting.

Henning will discuss setting goals for businesses and how to get those goals jumpstarted this year.

The forum will begin at 8 a.m. Thursday, Feb. 13, at Mint City Coffee Roasting, 539 N. Market Blvd., Chehalis.

“Trent Henning is a seasoned professional with diverse experience in both the golf industry and business management,” the chamber stated in a news release. “After beginning his career as a PGA golf professional in 2006, Henning transitioned to a leadership role as general manager for Riverside Golf Club in Chehalis, where he served from 2019 to 2024. His career also includes seven years of management experience with UPS, where he honed his skills in operations and team leadership.”

In 2024, Henning took a new career direction, becoming the director of business services at Clarity Consulting, a firm led by Centralia’s Kelly Smith Johnston. Henning holds a degree in education from Eastern Washington University.

The Centralia-Chehalis Chamber of Commerce hosts a monthly forum open for any business or community members to attend. The forums are sponsored by Security State Bank and feature a variety of local businesses leading the discussions.
