Josef Chirhart, head coach for the Centralia College men’s basketball team, has been named the speaker for the Centralia-Chehalis Chamber of Commerce’s June Forum, according to a news release from the chamber.
Scheduled for June 8, the forum will start at 11:30 a.m. in O’Blarney’s at the Gibson House, located at 221 N. Tower Ave. in downtown Centralia. The public is invited to attend. Entrance to the forum costs $5 and there will be a $17 lunch available to purchase as well.
Chirhart was recently named the director for the chamber's new 3-on-3 Streetball Festival scheduled for Aug. 5 and 6 on Pacific Avenue in Chehalis. It’s sponsored by the Lucky Eagle Casino & Hotel.
“The forum is a great opportunity to hear more about the Festival and the basketball program at Centralia College,” stated an excerpt from the release.
