The Centralia College Nursing Club is asking businesses and individuals in the community to donate items for a charity raffle that will be held in December.
The club is dedicated to supporting Centralia College nursing students through educational programs, community service and professional development opportunities, said Aimee Lovely, president of the club.
The club is seeking donations of items, gift certificates and cash donations through Nov. 18.
“Your donation will help us cover the costs of health promotion within the community, materials, guest speakers and our graduation pinning ceremony,” Lovely said. “In return, we would be happy to acknowledge your support in our event materials and ensure that you receive a tax-deductible receipt. We believe that with your help, we can make a significant impact on the education and professional growth of our nursing students, as well as the health and wellbeing of our community. We would be grateful for any contribution you can make.”
