Centralia High School held a “course expo” for students on Friday, Jan. 31, to help them decide what classes will best fit their future plans.

“This event is designed to help our students explore the wide range of courses available to them as they plan for their futures,” said Centralia School District Career and Technical Education (CTE) Director Austin Baker. “Our goal is to ensure they make informed decisions while discovering opportunities to gain specialized skills, certifications and even college credits through many of our offerings.”

The Centralia School District’s CTE program aims to prepare students to be college- and career-ready by providing core academic skills, employability skills and technical, job-specific skills, according to the district’s website.
