The Centralia girls basketball team earned its third straight victory to open the season on Thursday, topping Hockinson 63-44.
The Tigers fell behind by double-digits early, but crawled back into the game in the second quarter and flipped the script in the second half, where they outscored the Hawks 34-13.
Brooklyn Sprague finished with 17 points, while Estella Bussanich wasn’t far behind with 15.
Ayana Saucedo finished with nine and came down with 15 rebounds, while Maddie Ahern also scored nine points. Emma Ferch and Aniela Gunn both added four, and Makenzie Erickson scored three.
The Tigers will look to make it four straight at home on Monday against Eatonville.
