For the first time in nearly a decade, the Tigers have double digit wins on their record after triumphing past the Bobcats 68-55 on Tuesday night in an Evergreen Conference opener in Aberdeen.

It’s the most wins by a Centralia girls team since 2017-18 when it finished with 13 victories. It’s also the most dating as far back as the 2006-07 campaign. Four Tigers finished in double figures, led by freshman Estella Bussanich with 17.

Brooklyn Sprague and Mackenzie Erickson each finished with 12 points and Anaya Saucedo registered 10. Centralia (10-2, 1-0) will face Tumwater at home on Friday night.
