Centralia’s Braylee Blankenship was one of the best goalkeepers in the EvCo this past season, and on Friday, she took the next step in her athletic career by signing with Clackamas College in Oregon City, Oregon.
Blankenship has earned spots on the EvCo’s all-league team in both of the past two seasons, earning second-team honors as a junior before earning a first-team nod this past fall.
“I’m so proud of Braylee,” Centralia girls soccer coach Luis Magana said. “She is a tough and passionate player, she is super competitive, and she never gives up … She is the definition of grit.”
