Chamber’s Elf on a Shelf Scheduled to Visit Downtown Centralia Ahead of Tractor Parade

The Elf on a Shelf will be in Centralia on Saturday, Dec. 10, “spreading mischief and good cheer,” according to a statement released by the Centralia-Chehalis Chamber of Commerce.

The elf will visit four Centralia stores while waiting for the Lighted Tractor Parade, spending half an hour at each business.

The elf will be at Dawn’s Delectables, located at 204 N. Tower Ave., at 11 a.m.

At 11:30 a.m., the elf will be at The Rectangle Gallery, located at 209 N. Tower Ave.

The elf then goes to Three Dog Night, located at 402 N. Tower Ave., at noon.

The elf will end at Hubbub, located at 505 N. Tower Ave., at 12:30 p.m. During that time Hubbub will offer 10% off any purchase plus a free gift for those making purchases of $50 or more.

The elf’s helpers from the chamber will be on hand to give out raffle tickets to shoppers who purchase $10 or more at local stores as part of the Chamber’s Great Receipt X-change promotion. The giveaways are two stockings, one from Chehalis and one from Centralia, stuffed with gifts from local small stores. The winning tickets will be drawn on Dec. 17 with winners announced on social media and personally called.

There will be time for shopping and food in downtown Centralia before the Lighted Tractor Parade starts at 6 p.m.
