The Pumpkin Trains depart the Chehalis-Centralia Railroad and Museum depot on Saturday and Sunday Oct. 18 and 19 at 11:30 a.m., 1 p.m. and 2:30 p.m..
Children and adults alike are encouraged to wear costumes to help create a Halloween atmosphere, a news release stated.
All excursions are approximately an hour long.
Goody bags of treats and pumpkins are available for children under the age of 12. Tickets are $19 per person for 6 years and older, $15 for children 3-5 years, and free for children 2 and under, according to the release.
Seating is first come, first served. Food trucks and coffee stands are on site.
The scenic train ride will take passengers on a 14-mile round trip excursion through the Chehalis River Valley.

The train departs from the railroad depot located in Chehalis at 1101 SW Sylvenus St., across from the Veterans Memorial Museum at Exit 77.
