District 6 firefighters rescue person trapped in vehicle after rollover collision near Adna

Firefighters successfully extricated one person from a vehicle that struck a guardrail and flipped onto its top Thursday night on state Route 6 near Adna. 

Units from Lewis County Fire District 6 responded to the crash at 2005 state Route 6 at 11:25 p.m. on Thursday, Sept. 21. 

“Upon arrival, firefighters found a vehicle that had veered off the highway, struck a guardrail, and flipped onto its roof,” District 6 stated in a social media post about the incident. 

Crews with the Chehalis Fire Department and AMR ambulance service helped quickly extricate the victim and provide them with medical care. 



“The work performed on this scene demonstrates the high level of commitment emergency services has for all the citizens of our beloved county,” District 6 stated. “Great job, everyone!”
