A pickup truck was crushed by a log truck on northbound Interstate 5 in Chehalis at 11:50 a.m. on Friday.
“Thankfully, the driver of the pickup truck escaped with minor injuries,” Lewis County Fire District 6, which responded to the crash, said in a Facebook post.
The pickup truck reportedly became lodged between the side barrier of the overpass and the logging truck, according to District 6.
The cause of the crash is under investigation.
