Expert Restoration will celebrate moving its operations from Rochester to Centralia with a ribbon-cutting ceremony and open house Thursday, June 6.

The open house is from 3 to 6 p.m. with the ribbon-cutting ceremony scheduled for 3:30 pm. The public is invited to visit the new facilities and join the celebration at 20223 Old Highway 99 SW.

Expert Restoration manages water, fire and smoke damage mitigation as well as mold remediation for residential and commercial facilities.

Co-owners Joyce Gabriel and Chris Paige have a combined 35 years of experience in the field. Expert Restoration was established in 2022 and has outgrown their previous location.

“This area is underserved,” said Gabriel, who is also the general manager.

Their new Centralia location allows them to service the community better and grow with the demand, according to the chamber.

“Our new location has garnered a great response from Lewis and Thurston county realtors and property insurers,” Gabriel said.

Expert Restoration is certified by the Institute of Indoor Cleaning and Restoration Certification, which is the national standard most insurers now require.

They are also a member of the Centralia-Chehalis Chamber of Commerce.

The Centralia-Chehalis Chamber of Commerce provides free ribbon-cutting services to businesses that are new or for existing businesses that are expanding, rebranding or celebrating milestone anniversaries.
